Job Responsibility

Review requirements, specifications, Preparation/review of test plans, Preparation/review of test reports, Training and Mentoring user documentation, Help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed; Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation.
Having good knowledge Mobile Applications, Desktop Applications, Performance Testing, SQL and Web Services. Lead and mentor QA team members, Test automation skills (Test scripting with QTP or other test automation tools).
Serve as a liaison with the business community and IT to ensure that changes are understood.
Desired Skills
:
Automation Testing any tool Min 1 year Exp (SilkTest, TestComplete, Automation Anywhere, QTP). Manual testing exp in mobiles & PDAs.

3 - 10 Years
Education
:
BTech, MCA (if ISTQB certified better), MSC computers, MBA IT
